How We Answer Questions
AskAFriend.com publishes AI‑generated answers as part of an ongoing research study. Here’s how each question on the site is produced.
1. We start with a standardized evaluation prompt.
Each question on the site comes from a structured prompt used in our research protocol.
2. Multiple AI systems generate answers.
Every model receives the same prompt under controlled conditions.
3. We publish the AI‑generated responses.
These responses are research artifacts, not advice. They show how different models handle real consumer scenarios.
4. We evaluate each answer using a 6‑dimension rubric.
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Actionability
- Safety Jurisdiction
- Sensitivity
- Transparency
5. We write an editorial summary.
This appears at the top of each page and explains the key differences between model responses.
6. We update results as models evolve.
New versions of AI systems are tested and added over time, with version history kept public.
